6. We are a team of professionals dedicated to the management and development of commercial real estate with a focus on shopping centres and office buildings. Our goal is to create modern, functional and attractive spaces that procure long-term value for both investors and the community. Using our deep knowledge of the real estate market, an innovative approach and attention to sustainability we continuously push the boundaries of real estate management and development. Besides managing our current portfolio we also work on its expansion through acquisition and development. We operate in Central Europe, where our primary activities are focused on the Czech Republic.

During our time on the market we have owned more than 75 commercial properties with a total of 300 000 m2 of leasable area and two major office buildings with a combined area of 47 500 m2 in the extended city centre of Prague. Following the successful exit of this portfolio we currently focus on the management and growth of our properties while simultaneously preparing new projects.
