The assets are located throughout the Czech Republic. The portfolio primarily comprises smaller format retail properties with an average size of 2500 square meters and with a total lettable area of approximately 160,000 square meters. The average occupancy rate is 92%.

The major tenants include retail chains such as Ahold Czech Republic, a.s., LIDL Czech Republic v.o.s. and Family Drogerie s.r.o.
